•        5+ years related work experience (required)
•        Bachelor's degree (required), with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
•        Knowledge of deploying and configuring HP server hardware (rackmount and blade technologies)
•        Experience installing, configuring and managing VMWare virtual server environments and Storage Area Networking devices.
•        Documented experience with Windows systems administration duties to include domain backup, Active Directory domain administration, Exchange email administration, printer and digital sender network administration.
•        Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business)
•        Knowledge of integration of line of business applications with Active Directory Infrastructure
•        Strong working technical knowledge of internal operations of a network computer system, microcomputer and associated peripheral equipment including maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and support; Windows domain and security management; current network hardware, protocols and Internet standards.
•        Familiarity with web-based technologies, including but not limited to, reverse proxy servers, SSL certificate configuration, three-tier architecture.
•        Knowledgeable administering Enterprise backup solution management and recovery strategies.
•        Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment
•        Effective planning and organizational skills; ability to complete assignments and meet deadlines and work independently and in a team environment.
•        Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation including policies/procedures and diagrams
•        Demonstrated listening, verbal and written communication skills; accurately prepare all types of business correspondence, design and produce reports; ability to analyze and interpret job related business periodicals and technical manuals and assist in the preparation of training manuals.
•        Ability to maintain highly confidential information; ability to multi-task and effectively manage stress and pressure through changing priorities calmly in all situations.
•        Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with managers, employees, vendors, consultants and others; ability to exercise good judgment, sound reasoning skills and discretion in making independent decisions commensurate with responsibilities.
•        Support Windows Server 2008/2012 R2 in a highly VMware & MS Hyper-V virtualized environment focused on:
o   Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, Shares, and Printer management.
o   Microsoft SCCM including WSUS, Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDTK), VB scripting, PowerShell
o   Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft LYNC/S4B (Skype for Business)
•        Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10
o   Troubleshoot end point solutions or inventory
o   Ability with command line troubleshooting for deploying new packages (be able to troubleshoot the install if there are issues).
o   Making registry changes, sometime runs scripts to remove registry keys.
•        Microsoft Office365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business)
•        Apple OSX - Understand Mac O/S or JAMP SW / Casper in a growing Mac user environment.
