Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalence work experience
  • A+ certification a must, ITIL preferred
  • 2+ years of experience of phone support 
  • Customer service focus - ability to work well with end-users at all levels throughout the organization  
  • Experience with call tracking applications
