We are looking for a self-starting Digital Program Manager for large-scale Asset Management Digital initiatives. This role closely works with business and technology executives to drive the overall execution and success of the Digital program.   Enthusiasm and passion for driving change is a must, as well as a desire to improve upon delivery processes and standards. 

Responsibilities Include

         Manage large digital program scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk to meet the business unit requirements.

         Strong Agile experience (Scrum) working within Agile teams and projects

         Coordinate information technology and process integration for large digital program with the business unit.

         Develop and administer the digital project portfolio and map digital capabilities to strategic priorities 

         Leverage existing research across all key constituents  to deliver against client digital preferences 

         Partner with broader leadership team to influence, educate and support the rollout of key digital capabilities 

         Work with other team members such as Product Owners, Architects, and Development Teams to ensure programs are fully supported to drive successful outcomes

         Ensure rigorous organizational change management processes are implemented to minimize disruptions caused by large digital program transformation/integration/implementation.

         Manage monthly program financials, collect program status and prepare briefing materials for executive level discussions

         Drive issue escalation and resolution; risk identification and mitigation and the overall removal of roadblocks that impede progress of the project

         Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management both in writing and orally

         Coordination across various cross impacted teams 

Qualifications & Experience

         Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline from an accredited University required.

         Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a digital program from a technical standpoint

         A minimum of 10 years Project/Program Management experience

         Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including content management systems, sales and marketing apps and other emerging technologies 

         Strong ability to manage vendors and their respective deliverables 

         Strong analytical skills and problem solving to identify and mitigate obstacles and conflicts in advance

         Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to work autonomously while still meeting objectives and deadlines

         Business / IT alignment of digital driven business initiatives

         Experience of working within complex project matrix environments, with both internal and 3rd party resources

         Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills

         Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business

         Ability to understand complex systems and issues and communicate with both technical & non-technical people

         The ideal candidate will have experience with managing large scale programs, have strong executive presence and ability to work across numerous organizations to drive program management and execution tasks.

         In cooperation with business leaders, provide governance framework and oversight of scope, schedule and timelines. This includes coordination and management of regular program routines including weekly working groups, executive steering committees and CEO review sessions.

         Able to demonstrate strong marketing, business, project management, team leadership and IT experience

         Proven leadership qualities as well as high performance track record

         Hands on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.

         Ability to focus on key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion

         Ability to build relationships & foster partnerships across multiple disciplines

         Strategic thinker, results oriented, and self-motivated

         Able to act on own initiative, be proactive, reliable and confident
