Oracle Cloud Sales Administrator

Interactive Business Systems has partnered with a Cincinnati company to locate an Oracle Cloud Sales Administrator for a contract-to-hire position.


This is a challenging and key role with responsibility for managing the Oracle Sales Cloud application undertaking configuration, maintenance and support of a new Oracle Sales Cloud implementation. Working closely with global sales teams, implementation partner and software supplier, the role will initially focus on delivering a Sales Performance Management capability. Following the launch the role will take the lead and be responsible for future configuration changes and driving on-going systems upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Oracle Cloud Sales Administrator

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experiences:

  •  5+ years' of professional experience, with a minimum of 3+ years implementing and configuring sales cloud solutions for 100+ users

  • Strong Sales Cloud experience, ideally with Oracle Sales Cloud but similar platforms such as are relevant

  • Experience in sales or sales operations

  •  Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/ deploying solutions to end users

  • Problem-solving and strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy

  •  Strong verbal/ communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of user community
    Able to work independently.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

  • Understanding of database concepts and data management

  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and methods of integration

  •  Excellent communication, motivational, and presentation skills
