As a Measurement Analyst, you will collaborate with Agile product teams to define, track and visualize digital analytics. Your work will elevate our digital experiences through collecting and visualizing digital data to provide data driven insights to business leadership, product, relationship management and clients.

?     Measures recently released product features to establish benchmarks and identify potential areas of improvement

Your Knowledge and Skills

The Measurement Analyst will be accountable for implementing the digital tagging and analytics measurement strategy for  digital products including transaction sites, reporting engines, mobile apps, and other financial services applications. The Measurement Analyst is responsible for supporting all advanced platform implementations (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 360 Suite) as well as tagging, testing, and ad hoc troubleshooting.

The following represents just a few of the core activities that will be relevant to this position:

  • Implement and manage analytics platforms (primarily Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360 Suite, Google Optimize)
  • Collaborate with Agile team deliverables, sprint timelines and budgets
  • Direct data layer implementation on new sites and pages across website properties
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data layer implementation requirements
  • Develop and maintain processes for tag requests/approval and management
  • Partner with Development teams for user acceptance testing and implementation
  • Manage tags via tag management platform (GTM)
  • Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work with dependent Agile team to resolve discrepancies or platform issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms, and identify how they impact existing clients
  • As needed, work with developers to communicate what an implementation is designed to accomplish;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners and ensure they are following analytics and measurement best practices
