Job Description

Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a consulting resource to help select, implement and execute on implementing different sales enablement tools for its' eCommerce divisision. Ideal candidate will have extensive B2B customer strategy experience. Our client currently is attemptiong to target the roughly 800,000 potential customers from its database. The person in this role will have extensive vendor management skills, with consulting experience in selection and execution of projects in sales enablement. They will be a consultant comfortable with varied stakeholders, from IT to analytics, executive leadership to understanding the voice of the sales leadership team. Our client would ideally like someone who has cycled through at least three implementations of eCommerce programs syuch as CRM strategy, email automation and campaign reporting analytics tools. This will be a long term engagement. The ideal consultant will come from external consulting leadership.

Ideal candidate has:

Over 15 years of developing and leveraging marketing automation and CRM using data, measurement plans (KPIs), audience segmentation and content/messaging to support product merchandising and customer service functions resulting in effective, fluid, seamless, integrated and consistent multi-channel (physical store, websites, mobile, catalog, and/or social media) communication.
