Functions and Responsibilities

? Work closely with Senior Manager, RM Strategy in the managing and program execution of assigned accounts

? Evaluate CRM programs and tactics that coordinate multiple customer touch points to optimize successful consumer experience

? Conduct data and analytically-intensive tasks necessary to generate campaign findings, analytic insights and recommendations to enable continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns

? Work with client team to identify opportunities and determine and prioritize project scope and business specifications

? Provide support, as assigned, for new business opportunities through in-depth review and analysis of current RM programs in therapeutic


? Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably quantitative or business/marketing with quantitative work experience

? Experiential knowledge of Direct Marketing, including testing, tracking and measurement, and analysis and reporting

? Strong background in data creation, manipulation, analysis and management

? Strong basic statistics background (preferred)

? Strong communication, budgeting, project management and planning skills

? 3-5 years’ experience
