Interactive Business Systems is teaming up with a Madison, WI company to locate and bring on a Desktop Support Analyst on a longterm contract opportunity!

Provides expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom supported applications and hardware. Requires extensive knowledge and experience with the following technologies including but not limited to: legacy telephony systems (PBX, voicemail, Centrex); call accounting; VoIP and associated networking; wireless devices and peripherals (smart devices); video conferencing; desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware. This position serves as second and third level support for telecom related issues. Has 4 or more years of experience in the above outlined areas. Familiar with a variety of associated concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently performs a variety of tasks, but also works in tandem with a team. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Some travel locally.
