Job Title             Project Manager/ Business Analyst

Summary: 

This is a hybrid role that will be responsible for both project management and specified business analysis tasks under the direction of the Client Adoption Work Stream Lead for the eDelivery Program.   The role will evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of the eDelivery business strategy.

Major Duties:

Project Management -

  • Works closely with Workstream Lead to discuss strategy, issues, actions and timelines
  • Monitors scope, schedule, risks, issues and action items; insures that RAIDD Log items are up to date weekly
  • Creates and maintains the project plan throughout the life of the project that reflects the work that needs to occur to support the delivery of the project’s goals, objectives and business outcomes
  • Measures progress against the tasks, artifacts and milestones within the plan
  • Insures integration of work stream plan with overall program plan
  • Facilitates discussions across the various teams involved in the project
  • Communicates the status of the project and reflects the status across the scope, schedule, budget and resource perspectives. Articulates key risks and issues
  • Runs weekly workstream meeting, creates and distributes meeting minutes and insures that SharePoint site remains up to date for the workstream. 

Business Analysis

         Provide business and data (where needed) analysis support to the work stream

         Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and business processes documentation, as required

         Document and capture knowledge created through the duration of the project

         Assist in defining and documenting a repeatable process to create required data and reporting for campaigns and program metrics tracking

         Assist in defining, developing and reporting on metrics including summary and detail levels.

         Ensure metrics issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

         Work with Data Analyst  and program team to define any new processes

         Identify opportunities to enhance processes regarding data gathering and reporting

         Help to define UAT Process and participate in UAT as needed

         Operational Readiness for conversion activities which could include training

Knowledge/Skills

         Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

         Organizational skills

         Expertise in Excel desired

         Ability to analyze problems and make recommendations

         Ability to analyze issues and present findings in a meaningful manner

         Familiarity with analytical and statistical tools a plus –Power BI, Cognos, etc.

 Experience Required

         Bachelor's degree in Business or related business school equivalent

         Minimum of  seven  years of experience in the financial services industry

         Strong Business Analyst skill set, especially in problem solving and the creation of documentation including requirements and procedures

         Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high demand environment

         Flexible and adaptable to change

         Experience and comfort in working with some level of ambiguity
