Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities

? Work closely with Senior Manager, RM Strategy and Campaign Strategist in the managing and program execution of assigned accounts and doing hard-core data analysis on campaigns

? Track GA and CRM programs and tactics that coordinate multiple customer touch points to optimize successful consumer experience

? Conduct data and analytically-intensive tasks necessary to generate campaign findings, analytic insights and recommendations to enable continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns

? Work with client team to identify opportunities and determine and prioritize project scope and business specifications

? Provide support, dashboards and data sets on effectiveness of campaigns

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably quantitative or business/marketing with quantitative work experience

? Experiential knowledge of Direct Marketing, including testing, tracking and measurement, and analysis and reporting

? Strong background in data creation, manipulation, analysis and management

? Strong basic statistics background (preferred)

Agency experience a plus

? Strong data analysis skills

?2-3 years' experience in SQL, Stored procedures and data procedures. Nice to dhaves include Google Ad Word Certifications and SQL Server certs.
