Interactive Business Systems is teaming up with a Waukesha County client to locate and bring on a Business Analyst with HRIS experience for a long term contract to hire opportunity!

This position is responsible for maintaining all HR systems and their integrity and configuration. The Sr. Analyst will be support of the HR operations and customer excellence and lead back office activities including analytics, testing, implementation process our clients Human Resources system portfolio, including, but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Compensation and Benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR management to design & configure systems to support business needs
  • Project manager for system implementations, enhancement & optimizations
  • Configures, develops, implement, test and maintain various HRIS programs, systems, structure and reports to optimize the system value.
  • Create innovative solutions and process improvements utilizing existing systems.
  • Provides a steady focus on identifying problems and proposed solutions to ensure data integrity while raising the bar to meet and anticipate needs of business and HR leaders
  • Document and maintain HR processes including compensation, talent management, succession planning, employee surveys, affirmative action and diversity reporting, applicant tracking and various other projects/ through process, systems and the development and preparation of cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, HRIS or other data analytics/visualization tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of three years in following areas: Working in an analyst role or HR information systems or combination of HR & other business systems.
  • Developing metrics & dashboards to meet business needs
  • Writing reports, creating proposals, and presenting to management.
  • Database management including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Experience doing business analysis and data analysis,
  • Experience implementation system solutions
  • Experience partnering with clients to gather and document business requirements Demonstrated ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and to prioritize the day-to-day responsibilities and project related tasks. Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point and Excel Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and restrictive information. Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
