Job Description

Under direct supervision collects data and conducts analysis on complex data sets from various internal and external sources. Must have experience with varied data sets. Must be a self-starter and have expertise in aggregating data for cleansing, extraction, insight and dashboard construction. Will evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of the eDelivery business strategy. Identifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Access) to help measure the success of Client Paperless Adoption and improve the overall process.

Major Duties:

       Assist in defining, developing and reporting on metrics including summary and detail levels.

       Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and business processes documentation

        Ensure metrics issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

        Identify opportunities to enhance processes regarding data gathering and reporting

       Work with technology to review data sets; ability to review results in Excel and draw conclusions

       Operational Readiness for conversion activities which could include training

       Participate in UAT ,as needed


       Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

       Expertise in Excel highly desired

       Strong analytical and problem solving skills

       Ability to analyze data and business issues and present findings

       Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into metrics and reporting

       Familiarity with other  analytical and statistical tools –SQL, Access, etc


 Experience Required

       Bachelor's degree in Business or related business school equivalent

       Minimum of  five years of experience in the financial services industry

       Experience in reviewing,  blending, merging, and analyzing data

       Strong Business Analyst skill set, especially in creation of documentation including requirements and procedures

       Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high demand environment

       Flexible and adaptable to change
