(IBS) is an Information Technology consulting firm providing both completely managed IT Solutions and specialized contract staffing in technology and digital marketing. IBS delivers services onsite, offsite and offshore. Since 1981, we’ve been a reliable provider of IT consulting and staffing services to hundreds of mid- and large-size companies.

We’re looking to add new business development Sales Professionals to focus on selling global/offshore projects and staffing solutions. They would work out of our Fulton Market Office in the bustling west loop of Chicago.

Qualifications include:

- 1 + years successful sales experience selling consulting services, solutions or IT staffing solutions in IT or digital marketing

- Self-starter, self-motivated, self-managed, sales oriented

- Comfortable selling business solutions at the senior management level

- Strong understanding of technology and offshore business models

- Successful sales track record and career growth

- Experience cold calling, networking, multi-touch campaigns and developing new client relationships

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience working with and leading a remote lead generation team
