As a Product Design Lead, you will manage a team of product designers translate client, partner
and business needs into exceptional digital experiences across devices.

What You Will Do
The Product Design Lead is a collaborative, strategic-minded individual who leads with
empathy, takes ownership of projects and:
• Contributes to an open culture that enables employees’ development through direct but
kind feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and
• Mentors and oversees a team of direct and indirect reports, working in an agile
• Evangelizes and contributes to Client’s Digital Design System
• Contribute to strategic UX leadership within the larger enterprise and across product
• Provides creative direction and conduct design reviews, and balances design decisions
between research, technology and business unit objectives
• Designs user-experiences and data visualizations, from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity
pixel perfect mockups in Sketch
• Measures recently released product features to establish benchmarks and identify
potential areas of improvement

Your Knowledge and Skills
As a Digital Designer, you must have experience with at least some, but not all, of the
• Education in design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Design thinking and UI/UX best practices, as demonstrated in a work portfolio
• Experience managing design teams and working closely with business stakeholders
and/or product owners
? Ability to recognize, predict and incorporate use cases and user interactions in design
• Understanding of information design/architecture, gestalt principles and user psychology
• Proficiency in creating production-ready UI designs.
